Ms. O’Malley focuses her practice on all aspects of real estate acquisition and development, as well as business and corporate law. She is experienced in multi-million dollar real estate transactions, including acquisition, sale and lease of commercial, residential and farm properties.

The formation and dissolution of large and small business entities, contract preparation and negotiation, and litigation of employment actions are all included in Ms. O’Malley’s corporate experience.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. O'Malley practiced real estate and corporate law for two years at a small firm in Idaho. She also served as a law clerk with the office of the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG) and was a law clerk for an Iowa Senator in his Washington, D.C. office.

Ms. O’Malley is passionate about women’s issues, specifically supporting their pursuit of higher education.
