Alita Giuda, Esq. Associate 518-476-2001 agiuda@gilbertilaw.com Ms. Giuda focuses her practice on both state and federal environmental and land use law. She has experience with SEQRA compliance, assisting with land and project financing transactions, and permitting issues relating to development projects. During law school, Ms. Giuda interned at the Albany County District Attorney's office, General Electric Power System's Environmental Health & Safety Office, and the Office for Mediation and Hearing Services at the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. Ms. Giuda is continuing to expand her knowledge of environmental issues and environmental law. To assist her in that goal, Ms. Giuda is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section.
